welcome to beyoutifully buff

it all started when someone mistakenly 

commented on a facebook photo of a friend and said she looked so beautifully buff. 

funny enough the photo wasn't of my friend it was of me.

and i took it as one of the greatest compliments of my life.

but for some time i've had love affair with the word 

beyoutiful

i think it should be changed in the dictionary actually

because beyoutiful is all about you

everyone is truly beyoutiful 

and i'm on a quest to find that about me and hopefully lead others too.

the buff 

just sticks.

i truly love fitness so we'll let it hang around.
